To ensure fairness for all clients and respect for my time, any appointment canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the booked service.
• No-shows will also be charged 50% of the service price.
• The fee must be paid before booking another appointment.
• Exceptions will only be made for true emergencies.
